Alright folks! If you’re not already aware, my name is Glitteratti, commonly called Glitzy and I am the newest developing side of the creator of the Unmuffled Mind. If you’re an avid reader of the Muttered Musings then you’ve already learned a little about me and you’ll certainly learn more later but for now we’re going to change up ye olde Muttered Musings Glitzy-style! We are revamping the weekly review to a fun new format with a lot more wise cracks and a hell of a lot less sense! So dear readers, (insert boring intro dribble drabble here) Let’s go!

Dec 1

Saturday…..World Aids Day…Fire Systems training day (for one company at least)…Hyack Parade Of Lights (in New Westminster that is)…day of countless birthdays, deathdays and other anniversaries I’m sure. And Saturday is now home to the hug heard round the world. But seeing as how we have a lovely blog entry on that particular subject lined up for your feel-good-monday-muttered-musing (try typing that 5 times fast or slow darlings! See what I go through for you people!) So you’ll just have to stew on what a hug heard round the world might be 🙂 (god I’m evil)

Dec 2

Sunday….sunday sunday sunday…zzzzzzz…

Dec 3

I often wonder what the devil I did to Monday to make it hate me so bloody badly, but hate me it does. Without word nor warning, explanation or apology, Monday is the world’s biggest bitch. From being late to work to piling tasks upon already bent shoulders Monday proved once again why it’s abolishment is so very necessary.

Dec 4

Ah the ultimate secret darlings… I went to work, worked my day but THEN what did I do? Stay tuned next week for the BIG reveal! (There I go bein all mean again…)

Dec 5

A day like any other until, without warning pictures started appearing on Facebook telling me that now Canada has only 82 protected waterways in the entire country?! HARPER!!!???!!! WTF did you DO?!

Dec 6

Geneviève Bergeron, Hélène Colgan, Nathalie Croteau, Barbara Daigneault, Anne-Marie Edward, Maud Haviernick, Barbara Klucznik Widajewicz, Maryse Laganière, Maryse Leclair, Anne-Marie Lemay, Sonia Pelletier, Michèle Richard, Annie St-Arneault, and Annie Turcotte.

Gone but NEVER forgotten.

Coincidently, while families mourned this tragic loss, new families finally gained legal status as Washington state came over to the dark side and legalized gay marriage. A huge congratulations and thank you to all those who fought so hard to make this a reality!

Dec zzzz…I mean 7

Newspapers, TV, radio, internet, criers on corners…all damn day we are surrounded by an absolute AVALANCHE of information! Does anyone else get a headache? Just read the Muttered Musings Of An Unmuffled Mind dearies, I’ll tell you everything you need to know…ok let’s see…I wear a size 10, like chocolate covered cherries, enjoy a nice cocktail in a bubble bath…WHAT?!? What are you looking at me like that for? You didn’t think I was going to tell you the news did you?!

Cheerio darlings,
